The first step in getting your equipment serviced is to have our technicians perform an inspection.  This process is usually performed in our shop, however some services are available on-site as well.

Next, we will identify what parts and/or service is required for your equipment and we will provide a written quotation to yourself.  This quotation will outline the details of service, expected cost, and expected time it will take to be completed.  Please make sure you provide us with your email in order to send you this quotation.

Included in every quotation is the option to not proceed with the service.  Usually an estimation fee will be charged to cover the time taken to inspect.  

Often replacement products are included within the quote.  If this is not present and you wish for this information, please reply to your quotation with a request for a replacement product quote.

No.  Our shipping department is open weekdays from 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.  You are welcome to drop off your equipment within this timeframe without prior notice. 

Upon dropoff we will ask you to provide your contact information and a description of what type of service you are looking for.

We service all equipment in a chronological order based on when it was logged into our system.  On the spot service is not common.

For an additional fee we offer rush service on some equipment types. However, this service is not guaranteed to be available.  

During periods of extremely hot weather we often experience a very large increase in Robinair AC MAchine service demand.  If we have taken the request for your call then we are doing everything we can to get to you as soon as possible.

Yes you can.  New customers can request to have an account set up or they can proceed by paying with credit card or cheque.
